TERESA (TESS) RAZALLE-CARTER (1888-1972) Teresa Sylvia Razelle was a painter, illustrator, and sculptor born in L.A. on 8/8/1888, the daughter of artist Emma Razelle. She lived and worked in Pasadena from 1909-1932, and had a studio in the Blanchard building in downtown L.A. She married and lived out the rest of her life near Thousand Oaks.
